Seed Home Designs was established just over 5 years ago. Our designer and founder Naomi Sisson began her journey from a background in textile design, a love of homemaking and a collection of observational drawings while out in nature. Her business began not long after her youngest daughter Hetty began school where it grew from the seed of an idea and creative exploration in taking drawing into pattern and then into digital print.

Naomi was overjoyed when she received her first fabric sample back from the printers and quickly began to expand her fabric range and enrolled onto an upholstery course to explore new ways of applying her designs. Her collections now include her own fabric range, homewares, gifts and a bespoke design and making service.

Seed Home Designs offers a range of fabrics, homewares and gifts designed by Naomi Sisson from her studio in Cornwall, UK. We handcraft soft furnishing products using our own or bespoke fabric designs.

From the start of her business, Naomi has kept to her ethos to keep her products created in the UK. She also tries to select processes that are considerate the environment. All Seed Home Designs flora and nature inspired fabrics are printed using one of the most eco-friendly methods of printing onto cotton including natural organic based fabric. Our fabrics are suitable for a range of soft furnishings and upholstery projects.

Seed Home Designs also offers a bespoke fabric design service where Naomi can work closely with you to create beautiful design exclusively for your home or business. We also work in collaboration with other UK based artisan makers to create bespoke soft furnishings, upholstered items and made to measure curtains and roman blinds using our fabrics. The Seed Home Designs studio is based in a Cornish village just outside of Falmouth, Cornwall, UK.
