Farah Qureshi is a indie jewellery designer and maker and creates unique collections of jewellery using ethical and sustainable materials, Farah also has a Fairtrade gold licence and is able to hallmark pieces which are made from Fairtrade gold with a special hallmark.

Being an ethical jewellery designer is at the heart of the business.  New collections are created each year and fine pieces are also made to commission.  Pieces can be created to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary.

Bridal jewellery can also be made along with wedding and engagement rings. Farah has won numerous awards and has exhibited her collections both internationally and nationally.  Currently Farah Qureshi works from a stand alone studio and showroom in Alperton and this is easily reached on the Piccadilly line and is a short walk away.

She takes part in open studio events as well as pop ups in and around London.  The collections are inspired by many different subjects including nature under the microscope, found objects, travels to different places, different cultures and more.

Life is her inspiration

Farah started creating jewellery in her late teens after joining a short jewellery making course and has designed and made jewellery ever since then.  The jewellery which is created incorporates a variety of different techniques and specialists help with certain processes, such as engraving and gold plating and they are also based in London.

Farah makes jewellery in a variety of different materials, including recycled silver and 18 carat gold.  Other carats of gold are used including 9 carat gold.  Jewellery can also be made in platinum.  A variety of gemstones are also used and these range from diamonds, rubies through to more unusual gemstones such as tourmalines and aquamarines.
