Artisan Alchemy Gallery is a contemporary gallery exhibiting bespoke fine furniture and fine jewellery. The UK has many brilliant furniture designer makers and we house some of the finest. Alongside this, we have unique, handmade, jewellery from varying talented makers based across the UK.

Making for a wonderful treasure trove of many delicacies for your viewing and purchasing. View furniture in our showroom, discuss ideas for a commission, or buy direct from the gallery. At Artisan Alchemy we are dedicated to offering an excellent service to help you with your purchase.

The gallery is curated and owned by Michele White acclaimed British contemporary jewellery designer. Michele produced innovative and progressive collections in precious metals and gemstones. A subtle Art Nouveau style can often be found in her work.

Michele loves to use gemstones that stand out from the ordinary; those with an interesting inclusion or unusual cut, and these are often the creative impetus for the way the piece develops. In an age of mass-production it can be hard to find true quality.

If you are a lover of bespoke fine furniture, you may wonder where to shop. That’s why we set up Artisan Alchemy. We wanted to showcase only the best British designer furniture. We have a showroom in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, and feature many more pieces online.

We occupy a renovated 19th century building which also features workshops for local creative businesses. The Jewellery Quarter hosts numerous designer-makers and is one of Birmingham’s most creative hubs. The area is popular for small start-up businesses and creative enterprises.

Meeting room to rent The ground floor of Artisan Alchemy includes dedicated spaces for young businesses to grow. There’s a communal bench for designer-makers and  individual soundproofed units ideal for jewellers, therapists, and a host of other sole traders.

With 24-hour access and security, our workshop spaces provide a flexible and safe place to work. Facilities include a polishing room, shared kitchen and courtyard, lockers, toilets and shower. We also offer a meeting room available for hire.

Just a short walk from Birmingham city centre – St Paul’s tram stop is just five minutes away, making our dedicated space the ideal location for meetings, rehearsals, talks and workshops.
