The shop is owned and run by Lisa Morris, who opened Wye Knot in May
2026 after years of visiting Builth Wells and building a real affection
for the town and the surrounding Mid Wales landscape. Lisa is the buyer
and curator behind the shop, choosing pieces for character, quality,
gift appeal and the feeling that each item has earned its place on the
shelves. She is supported by the Wye Knot team, who help customers in
the shop and carefully check, wrap and prepare online orders.

Wye Knot is for people who want gifts that feel more personal than
predictable. The range includes Welsh gifts, greeting cards, homeware,
decorative accessories, candles and home fragrance, table lamps, unusual
collectables, small treats and seasonal finds. Some pieces have a
handmade, natural or artisan feel, and Lisa is keen to support Welsh
